Started in 2022, our team brings over 55 years of commercial real estate investment and development experience. 4 Rivers’ also has strategic partners that include several actively managed commercial real estate investment firms that have a combined portfolio in excess of $300 million of gross assets under management across a variety of product types and investment strategies.
Our southeastern US regional market focus allows us to concentrate on opportunities that we believe offer our clients the most compelling risk-adjusted returns in an ever-changing capital markets environment. We do this through both “top-down” and “ bottom-up” selection criteria. The top-down market selection criteria allows the 4 Rivers team to focus its development activities on the most attractive growth markets within our coverage universe while the bottom-up site-specific selection criteria allows us to identify the best individual development opportunities within our selected markets.
