PRINCIPAL
Hunter manages the day to day operations of 4 Rivers Property Group and leads the development efforts for the firm. His responsibilities include overall development strategy formation, site selection, underwriting, capital raising, transaction structuring and managing third party manager relationships.
Through extensive experiences Hunter has developed a diverse skill set, combining several verticals of real estate development. These unique experiences include commercial brokerage, construction financial underwriting, infill residential development and most recently as director at a large multi-division national real estate developer. In this latest role, Hunter led the development efforts in the Mid Atlantic for the self storage division, before starting and leading the development of both the single family and solar divisions, finally transitioning back to lead the firm’s revamped efforts in self-storage throughout the Southeast. Over the past 7 years, Hunter has entitled and developed more than 1.6MM square feet of self storage, 10k single family lots, and 34 MW of solar generation throughout the Southeast and Mid Atlantic.
He earned his Bachelor's degree at Washington and Lee University.
PRINCIPAL
Ryan oversees operations, processes, and tax/accounting for 4 Rivers. Ryan also manages the day-to-day operations and leads development for WDM Enterprises, an investment company focused on direct real estate and operating venture holdings in the southeast. WDM is externally advised and managed by Ryan through Smith Point Capital which provides acquisition, development, asset management, and capital markets execution services on behalf of its clients. Smith Point leverages Ryan’s experience completing over 130 commercial real estate and real estate corporate finance transactions totaling $58 billion of value. Prior to WDM / Smith Point, Ryan was a Vice President in the Real Estate Investment Banking division of Eastdil Secured | Wells Fargo Securities.
Ryan holds a Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Tech where he was a President’s Scholar and Co-Op Interned with Brasfield & Gorrie. Ryan is the President of Augusta Tomorrow Inc., Leadership Augusta graduate and board member, and active member of the Augusta Exchange Club and Church of the Good Shepherd.

Wes leads the capitalization, structuring and capital markets aspects of 4 Rivers’ investment activities. In this capacity, his responsibilities include overall investment strategy formation, capital raising, transaction structuring, business plan implementation and portfolio management. Recognized as one of Charlotte’s 40 under 40 rising business leaders, Wes’ unique perspective on identifying compelling risk-adjusted real estate investment opportunities has been cultivated over 17 years and > $3.5B of transactions as a large cap private equity investor, a bulge bracket real estate investment banker and most recently as the founding partner of one of the most active emerging real estate investment groups in the Carolinas. Through these diverse yet complementary experiences, Wes has acquired, developed, administered, and harvested investments as both an LP and GP in many of the 25 largest markets in the country and across nearly every major product type including office, industrial, multifamily, retail as well as self-storage assets.
Wes graduated with distinction from Washington & Lee University and earned an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Wes sits on the land acquisition committee of the Catawba Lands Conservancy.

Brick assists in all facets of the development process for 4 Rivers Property Group. His responsibilities include overall development strategy formation, site selection, working with local brokers unlocking new opportunities, capital raising, and managing third party manager relationships.
Over the past several years, working with 4 Rivers’ sister brokerage firm, Brick has established himself as one of the leading brokers in the Carolina’s. He has been recognized as such by receiving the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors Platinum Broker award ($15+ million in annual transactional volume) 4 out of the past 5 years. Most recently Brick has spent his time as a partner of one of the most active emerging real estate investment groups in the Carolinas. Brick’s expertise in the spatial markets complements the firm’s differentiated perspective on real estate capital markets to provide clients with a comprehensive approach to managing risk and driving outperformance in the firm’s investment activities.
He earned his bachelor’s degree at The University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Brick is also very active in the local community having coached at Myers Park Trinity Little League for 15+ years, serving on the board of the Eastover Elementary PTA as Finance Chair, and has been an active member of UNC’s Educational Foundation for 20+ years.
